I work with you from the start and move flexibly with your needs, always focused on the goal. I'm lightly chaotic, yet sharply focused. Not a lack of structure, but space to move. Flexibility is my second nature — grounded, while keeping direction.

From opening to closing: I connect people, themes and tempo. I guide conversations, introduce speakers, facilitate interaction and keep the energy in the room. 

I keep track of time — without specificly mentioning the clock.
