About Kim

With Frisian roots and a deep love for that part of the country, I've been living in and around Amsterdam since I was 19. I can explain..
After various entertainment roles in the Netherlands and abroad, and a propaedeutic diploma in Communications in Leeuwarden, I started my professional career at a young age. At KLM, I gained a wealth of experience and was given, and took, every opportunity to grow.
From Gate Agent, flight attendant, planner and trainer, to a leadership role in Engineering & Maintenance, auditor, Training Manager, and ultimately Program Manager of what I believe is the most inspiring Management Traineeship in the Netherlands.
Anything related to communication and behaviour has fascinated me for as long as I can remember. Alongside my work, my curiosity kept growing. I completed, among others, an evening programme in Business Psychology (NCOI, 2007), the Amsterdam Writing School (2009), training as a role-play actor (Dubbel E, 2019), and a course in Moderating (2023). What connects all of these is creativity, expression, and a genuine love for people. My training in Systemic Work (IVSW) adds a deeper layer to everything I do.
I live in Amstelveen with my husband, our two children (15 and 13), and our dog. You'll often find me at a Rocycle class with a friend, where we briefly feel 30 again (helped by the average age in the room). I also enjoy playing golf, music and I consider walking and reading the best therapy there is.
Let's meet!
I love working together.
